We understand how challenging it can be to take care of yourself when you’re tasked with caretaking small children and families. That’s why we offer evening and weekend appointments, telehealth options, and walk & talk therapy. We also warmly welcome babies and children to make appearances in session! This is not a structured, stuffy space. We want you to get the support you need and sometimes that means simultaneously nursing a baby, wrangling your toddler, or prepping a family meal during your session.
