More info:

  • What’s more convenient than clicking a link to get the support you need? We primarily use telehealth services, so there is no need for extra commute time or inconvenience. Feel free to join during your lunch break, child’s nap time, or after you’ve gotten the bedtime routine complete!

  • Busy life? Crazy childcare? We offer flexible options with evening availability and weekend availability (once per month), so that meeting with your therapist isn’t another stressful thing you have to squeeze into your calendar.

  • We understand how challenging it can be to take care of yourself when you’re tasked with caretaking small children and families. That’s why we offer evening and weekend appointments, telehealth options, and walk & talk therapy. We also warmly welcome babies and children to make appearances in session! This is not a structured, stuffy space. We want you to get the support you need and sometimes that means simultaneously nursing a baby, wrangling your toddler, or prepping a family meal during your session.

You’re not alone.
