  • This FREE virtual 90-minute session will walk attendees through all aspects of postpartum care planning including, preparation for daily care, identifying your care team, and providing information about perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and coping strategies for managing overwhelm and distress.

    Spouses, care partners, friends/family, are welcome to join as well!

    Who: Mothers of children ages 4 and under who want to improve emotional well-being, find support in a caring community, and learn skills for managing the challenges of early motherhood.

    When: Virtual, every other Monday from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM starting 6/1

Why Greenhouse?

  • What’s more convenient than clicking a link to get the support you need? Telehealth services are available, so there is no need for extra commute time or inconvenience. Feel free to join during your lunch break, child’s nap time, or after you’ve gotten the bedtime routine complete!

  • Busy life? Crazy childcare? Flexible options with evening and weekend availability are open, so that meeting with your therapist isn’t another stressful thing you have to squeeze into your calendar.

  • Taking care of yourself while parenting children is hard. Babies and small children are welcome to make an appearance in session! This is not a structured, stuffy space. I want you to get the support you need, and sometimes that means doing so while nursing a baby, wrangling your toddler, or prepping a snack during your session.
