More information:

At this time, I am considered an out-of-network provider. I do not take insurance nor work with insurance companies directly.

I choose to work out-of-network to provide personalized, flexible care without the limitations that often come with insurance plans. This allows me to focus fully on your goals and needs, rather than what’s approved by insurance.

I’m happy to provide superbills for services that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company in advance to determine if you have out-of-network coverage. Suggested questions to ask your insurance company can be found on the FAQ page.

To increase accessibility to high-quality care, I maintain 2-3 sliding scale spots for clients who are not able to access care at the full rates listed above. If you feel cost is a barrier, please contact me to learn more.

Good Faith Estimate: Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the cost of your mental health care. This estimate outlines the expected fees for services you may receive, so you can make informed decisions about your care.

You will receive a written estimate of costs before your first appointment and at any time upon request. The Good Faith Estimate is not a bill — it is simply a transparent look at the potential costs of therapy based on your individual treatment plan.
